Today's predictions: I’ll select two winners today. 20k each (£10). France v Senegal Argentina v Algeria As usual, let’s just have fun, no use of burners, No multiple predictions, not worth it and we might disqualify. Let's have fun.
TobyWrites@tobyasky

Today's predictions: Yesterday, we had two winners. I will say its the most ridiculous winning I have seen, how do you predict 7-1 and 2-2, unbelievable. Anyways, I’ll select two winners today. 20k each (£10). Spain v Cape Verde Belgium v Egypt I will make a different tweet for Saudi's game if I deem it necessary. As usual, let’s just have fun, no use of burners, not worth it. Please follow our sponsor @eoogunkunle , its very important, he's a great guy. Thank you.

So many Ghanaians in Germany, and that’s where a Ghanaian man fell in love with a woman from Ecuador, they gave birth to JOHN ZAMORA YEBOAH. He was eligible to play for Germany, Ghana, and Ecuador. He actually represented Germany at youth levels but moved to play for Ecuador 3 years ago. He currently plays in Italy with Venezia. He’s got a sharp left and a good dribbler. Ladies and Gentlemen, John Zamora Yeboah.

@revolyte @Donjaja4 @AskMichaelTaiwo He talked about the US but you combating with UCL (2 separate region) What he meant in the line in my understanding was that maybe in USA as a country to itself and it's people and rarely influence beyond its border o, then they might say Super Bowl

People like to argue about which sport is the greatest. But the numbers don't really argue back. 1.2 billion people stopped what they were doing... at the same time... for the same game. Not a billion in one region. A billion across the whole world. That is not a sport winning a debate. That is a sport ending one. The Super Bowl is the biggest event in America, and I mean that with full respect. But America is one country. Football, the round ball kind, is every country. The kid in Lagos, the grandmother in Buenos Aires, the office crowd in Jakarta... all watching the same ninety minutes. There is something powerful about that. Not just as a sports story, but as a human one. Very few things on earth still have the power to make a billion people care about the same thing at the same time. The World Cup is one of them.
Polymarket@Polymarket

NEW: World Cup’s opening match reportedly drew 1.2 billion viewers worldwide — dwarfing this year’s Super Bowl by nearly 10x.

A World Cup that its schedules are tailored only to the host country is no longer a global tournament. They just wanted to host it without considering Africa's time zone. They believe they can do it and still generate all the revenue FIFA needs from their own people alone. Because, there's no way they couldn't still have find a time slot between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m. African time that would still be as bright as a day in the U.S.

Is it part of Pochettino’s masterclass to have players running beyond the striker? The way Tillman and McKennie be making those crazy runs. Secondly, they’re so fit, it’s like they didn’t play for their clubs this season, meanwhile there’s Richards who went all the way to even win the Conference league.

I remember Xavi and casillas telling the referee not to add additional time in their match against Italy in euro 2012. Telling the referee to respect the opponent. In that match they could have scored more but slowed down after it became 4 nil. So yes it's a thing in football.

Phillip Lahm on Germany's 7-1 win vs Brazil: "After we were leading 5-0 at halftime against Brazil, our coach Joachim Low gathered us in the dressing room and told us to 'Slow Down' in the second half because it will be humiliating for the hosts... Unfortunately, Andre Schürrle did not listen because he was using the bathroom at that time."

@theawayfans So no one could tell him what the coach said while he was away? The coach didn’t instruct him when he was subbing him not to score? I smell complete and utter bs

1. The jersey number of 6 players are not showing properly. 2. There is some uniformity in their pose, players seated have their hands on their thighs and the ones standing got their hands behind their backs. 3. The horizontal part of the blue cross seem very even, like on a straight line, that was a deliberate arrangement, shoulder heights were considered. Tell me more observations

If you remove my wife from my life this past 72 hours, I fit kpeme. We have been moving houses and everywhere is so scattered like mad but once I ask “where is my blue boxers with duduke painting”, she will go straight to the point. “Uhmmmn, it should be in the yellow bag beside the bed”. What of my green comb with black tattoo? “It is inside the black box on the shelf”. Women actually own the home. I feel like an alien. With how scattered and overwhelming my life is, she still has every detail in her head. Obirin 🙌

I have a theory that why players can quickly recover career wise from a bad club season, a poor world cup performance or incident almost always ruins them. Kolo Muani's career was never the same after that world Cup Final miss. He was flying before then but he seem to have lost all momentum. Maocir Barbosa is another famous example ( you can search his name on my page as I have previously written on him). There is the Andres Escobar of 1994 that led to him losing his own life. There is Asamoah Gyan's penalty miss that he even admitted led to him facing "psychological" Issues. There are several heartbreaking world cup stories that have marred careers. When people prepare for the world Cup they always ask who the next breakout star is. The real question should be: Who is the next villain about to have their career forever shattered? We see.
Fabrizio Romano@FabrizioRomano

💭❌ Kylian Mbappé: “I did never rewatch the 2022 World Cup final. Never”. “If I watch it, it might awaken some demons. We have to move on. We lost”, told Sorare.

I’m so interested in this. I want to see the battle of Uli Hoeneß Vs Florentino Perez. Two mafias haha. Uli is a very stubborn man who disses everybody, so I’m curious to see how this goes.
Fabrizio Romano@FabrizioRomano

🚨 Florentino Pérez plans to launch €150m official bid on Tuesday for Michael Olise. Despite denying his name live, the main star in president’s mind is Olise — as @JBurtTelegraph @jfelixdiaz report. Bayern’s Uli Hoeneß said in May “no chance to sell, not even for €200m”.
