I found the Prime Minister’s defence of Peter Mandelson at PMQs today quite appalling. Saying Mandelson “regrets” doing business dealings with a convicted paedophile is no defence. This man should be nowhere near government and the PM’s refusal to sack him today does a disservice to victims. The PM should listen to Epstein’s victims and sack him.

Full exchange on Nigel Farage's house in Clacton. He confirms when he said "I've bought a house" in Clacton, he misspoke and should have said "we" as his partner bought the house not him. He owns other properties, so had he bought, or put money into Clacton with his partner, it would have been liable for higher rate of stamp duty rather than the standard rate
