Bought a massive job lot of Dons home programmes the other day. Got heaps of doubles from the 1970s. If you’re looking for specific matches there’s a fair chance I’ve got them. Can do bundles by opposition as well: Celtic, Hearts, Dundee, United, Well and more. RTs appreciated

@giraffeandmonty @superaberdeen1 Not sure size has anything to do with it. What we need is a structure that is club based and makes sure we don’t have a McInnes situation , where he controlled everything. Then when he was eventually sacked, we had to start from scratch. Regardless, he should have clarity though

@superaberdeen1 Yes, I know that this is the structure of larger teams across Europe now but this is Scotland with much smaller budgets so seems a little needless. I am sure he will have contacts though so maybe might work. Structure needs to be very clear for everyone though for this to work

@PhilipCoutts1 @CraigDons32 @ARedPOV Exactly this. We can’t blame players all the time. There has to be something fundamental at the club that is doing this.

@DonsTalk @CraigDons32 @ARedPOV One thing I've found remarkable is our ability to turn good players into bad ones. When Cameron came on loan he looked pretty decent at first, a month or so training with us and he was as bad as the rest. Something far wrong at the club from the basic training upwards.

Attitude towards this entire season goes all the way back to allowing Shady Mo to leave Romania the night before the second leg against FCSB. Determined to turn a profit rather than focus on winning football matches. SM was inconsistent, of course. But we never replaced him.
