@SmartDCC today an octopus engineer visited my property b/c of smart meter issues. He tells me the meter is fine but the problem is the DCC records - my property has 2 electric meters and 4 MPANs and is causing confusion at DCC. This problem is now nearly 12 months old

Confirmed today that my meter details were submitted to DNO on 6 April 2024 and still no further forward for getting credit for electric generated by my solars @OctopusEnergy is this normal? A 6 month wait?

Kevin asked me when we could next speak and I said today at 4pm. He gave me some story about him not being in the office today but would call me anyhow today at 4pm. It's now nearly 5pm and nothing How do these companies survive and how do incompetent people stay in their jobs?

One of their complaint handles Kevin booked a time to speak to me yesterday at 12 noon and never called. 4 hours later all I got was an apology
