We missed the ball last summer. We simply needed someone to finish chances in the box & stretch the lines — Ekitike & à ball carrier with variety in his game to break low blocks & offer something different in possession — Morgan Rodgers. This 2 players would not have only made us the best offensive team in the league but would have also made us pin teams back more aggressively while offering top transitional threat. Even with our present defence & midfield we would have been outscoring teams in Man City fashion whilst being better than them defensively. The league is so open but summer recruitment let us down.

Lacroix very suspect yesterday Sloppy on the ball and has no presence about him. Positioning reminiscent of badia where he tracks with his back slanted. Good player but even as a wide CB he’s not still it cause he doesn’t turn the best. A CCB that can’t pass the ball but is a physical

Only an Unserious Coach / SD choose a player of Lacroix’s ability over a player of Ordonez’s. Remember, this is my forte. They’re levels and Ordonez’s is top 3 CB itl, lacroix despite being a good player isn’t the same calibre.

In all this plenty talks about Rogers I’ve not seen anyone say he’s a bad player, that’s all I want to know. Chelsea been fleeced but the player is good and Alonso wanted him + we food chained Arsenal so I’m really happy we got him. LB that can keep width, Rogers inside 10 😮‍💨
