In the first version of HIL, over 300 early users stepped in to test it with us. What we received wasn't noise or surface-level reactions. We collected over 500 pieces of real feedback: execution logic critiques, UX friction notes, edge-case bug reports, risk model suggestions. The kind of input that only comes from people who actually trade, not people who just screenshot PnL. Over the past weeks, we quietly went through everything. Line by line. We shipped more than 130 small improvements across the system. Some changes are invisible unless you're paying attention. Some adjust how intent translates into plan. Some improve execution reliability. Some surface risk earlier in the flow. None of them are flashy features, but together they make the product materially better. That feedback loop meant a lot to us, and it changed how we think about iteration. So we're running it back. Next week, we're launching another flash testing round for the new HIL version. This won't be a public open release. Invite codes will randomly drop inside our Telegram and Discord communities over the course of the week. If you catch one, you get full access to explore the product and push it properly. We want real usage, real stress, real edge cases. This time, we're also increasing rewards for meaningful bug reports and improvement suggestions. If you help us make the system sharper, more robust, more disciplined, we'll make sure that contribution is recognized. We're not looking for passive signups.
