Cheyenne Frontier Days isn’t just the biggest rodeo in the world, it’s the most legendary.
Known as The Daddy of ’Em All, this historic event began in 1897 as a one-day cowboy roundup and has grown into a 10-day celebration of rodeo and western heritage that draws hundreds of thousands to Cheyenne, Wyoming each July.

@Schaef605 @DooleyCf This was my thought. Stay south then take I29 up to I90. I live in western South Dakota so might be bias.

Tomorrow I’ll be at @StaffordSpeedwy for the New England 900 and I’m excited to get behind the wheel of the No. 89 @WhelenMTRS Crown Vic!
It’s going to be a fun day getting to hang out with the fans, meet some new people and enjoy a great event with everyone at Stafford. I’m looking forward to getting back behind the wheel, turning some laps and hopefully having a shot at bringing home the win.
I can’t thank @WhelenEng and @WhelenMTRS enough for coming on board for this race. It means a lot to have a company like Whelen behind the No. 89. They have been such a big part of motorsports for years, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to represent them at Stafford.
God has blessed me with some incredible opportunities, and I don’t take moments like this for granted. Looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow and having some fun! 🏁
📺 Watch it on Freedom Plus 6pm EST Friday, July 17th

@mitigatedisastr @KamikazKid @FenixAmmunition I have more guns that your local gun shop and more ammo than i can shoot in 2 life times and and i would put against a 3006 not blowing a huge hole out the back of his neck.
English

No, Ian, you don't - which is why a huge number of hunters have gravitated toward 100% copper projectiles or some type of "bonded core" design that's supposed to limit jacket shedding.
Remington Cor-Lokt has been around for a long time and compared to more modern ammo it's fairly outdated, as is .30-06 as a cartridge generally.
It's not bonded. It's not really a great design when it comes to limiting lead exposure in the meat, but when it was designed we didn't have the modern manufacturing techniques we have today so you got what you got.
The reason Tyler used it is because it's cheap and on the shelf at nearly every gun store and sports goods store in the country.
Try to keep up, pizza boy, you're falling behind.
Clock's ticking.

@captive_dreamer @thevivafrei You want lead fragments in your meat???

@j_harlon @FenixAmmunition I don't believe a 3006 was what shot him thats my opinion thats all i got for ya

@DooleyCf @FenixAmmunition How many human necks have you shot , and there’s literally historical examples. And you admit yourself it has low velocity and energy. How about we don’t make up fake reasons to let a murder off. Also even defense admits it’s 30-06. It’s not up for debate to the people payed to.

Photos of the ammunition recovered from Tyler Robinson.
Remington headstamp on the case and despite the somewhat low resolution on the photo you can see the somewhat blunted nature of the projectile's tip.
This is a Remington Cor-Lokt soft point round. It's SPECIFICALLY designed to deform, slow down, and prevent an exit wound. Available at literally every single gun store and sporting goods store that sells ammunition.
In fact, 16 out of the 17 .30-06 varieties manufactured by Remington use some type of expanding, deforming, or fragmenting bullet. Only ONE of their products uses a full metal jacket projectile that could/would be expected to leave an exit wound.
Here's a clip of them sitting in my desk.
This has been the most easily debunked claim of their entire web of lies and it's really mind blowing considering this is exactly what you would choose for an assassination.
But yeah, definitely keep getting all your information from the DEI hire and the Portland pizza boy. I'm sure they know more about this than I do.
