There's no indication that anyone wants to "make amends" for undeniable wrongdoing against Tinker Experiment victims. Article 34 of the Draft Articles on the Responsibility of States for International Wrongful Acts has thus far gone unheeded, as far as I can see...

Interesting to note the comments of UKRI on 16 November 2023: "When human rights violations occur, international human rights courts are able to order reparations, an act or process of making amends for a wrong, to the victims." (Not seeing this in Scotland.) @BernardDuhaime

If they get separated, they look for each other. If he tries to steal her food, she'll dunt the dish so the food falls out and she eats from the ground and leaves him the bowl. They sleep together, shelter together, graze together. Funny old world!

.@UN_SPExperts welcome @GovTimWalz establishing the Minnesota Truth Council to look into the human rights violations of recent months. “Victims must know the full truth about the violations, receive comprehensive reparation, be protected from further violence or retaliation."

Prof Rachel Murray and team stressed the need for "keeping victims at the heart of the process"... Unheard of in Scotland, as Tinker Experiment victims can confirm...
