NEW: Known s*x offender found naked in bed with a bottle of lotion on top of a screaming 9-year-old boy after breaking into the home.
Lavern Scott, also known as "Cookie Monster," has been a known s*x offender for 40 years, but was still allowed to roam the streets.
According to Omaha, Nebraska, police, Scott was found with no clothes on in the child's bed.
Scott, according to police, "pinned the child to the bed and set his legs in, using his feet as hooks to hold the child in place."
The boy's grandfather rushed into the room and was able to get the man out of the home.
Scott was first convicted of first-degree SA in 1987 and then again in 1999. He was convicted for violating the s*x offender registry in 2017, 2018, 2022, and 2024.
Every person responsible for keeping this man out of prison should also be thrown in prison.

🇺🇸 🇮🇷 Federal authorities just arrested an Iranian national in Los Angeles for allegedly brokering $70 million in weapons deals between Iran's government and Sudan.
Shamim Mafi, 44, was caught at LAX Saturday night trying to board a flight out of the country.
She's been living in Woodland Hills since gaining legal permanent residency in 2016.
The complaint alleges she brokered the sale of Iranian-made Mohajer-6 drones, 55,000 bomb fuses, and millions of rounds of ammunition to Sudan's military through an Oman-based shell company she owned.
She personally collected more than $7 million in commissions.
Records show 62 contacts with an Iranian intelligence officer's phone numbers between 2022 and 2025.
All of this happening while U.S. aircraft carriers sit in the Arabian Sea and American forces enforce a full blockade on Iran.
The Acting Attorney General noted she gained her legal status under the Obama administration... big surprise.
She faces up to 20 years in federal prison if convicted.

Remove the deadline and you remove the pressure. Iran now has no clock running against them. The deeper issue is who the U.S. is actually negotiating with. Araghchi and Ghalibaf are at the table. The IRGC military leadership is not. U.S. officials suspect a serious divide between the two, and nobody in Washington knows which side has the final say. Trump is waiting for a unified proposal from what his own team describes as a seriously fractured government. That proposal may never come. Not because Iran wants war, but because no single faction inside Tehran can commit to a deal without the others blocking it. An open-ended ceasefire gives Iran's hardliners exactly what they want: time, with no cost for running out the clock.
