The interactions I've had the past couple of days with Japanese accounts have been so fun. It just reinforced that I love Japan, its culture, and its people. I want to visit, but I'm terrified of accidentally being disrespectful. Still, someday I hope to make this dream come true

@26ers_bp115 I hate the phrase "cultural appropriation". In my opinion culture is something to be shared and if someone likes it and wants to respectfully join in and enjoy it, what's the problem? As for this, I love seeing them all have fun!

@mknote112 Many of us acknowledge that Japanese culture is much more reserved but I'm glad to know that even if it's quietly you are enjoying the praise and compliments! Japan is a wonderful place and I do hope I get the chance to visit someday.
