Paramedic journaling:
Today I finished a 911 call, got back to the station, sat down to relax, and closed my eyes for a minute. My phone rang, it was a long time friend and fellow medic who needed to talk about a child he couldn’t revive recently. I could tell he was struggling. While he described the sudden death, I couldn’t help but think it could’ve been vaccine related. Right around the age for childhood shots. No outward trauma. I knew he didn’t ask the question, most don’t, so I didn’t bring it up. Just walked through everything with him. Listened. Tried to talk him out of blaming himself for the little things that weren’t his fault.
Then my tones dropped. I told him, “I’m sorry bro, I gotta go…” He heard the tones and just said, “Stay safe.”
Now I’m back waiting on the next call again. I’ll check on him later, but damn… I’m tired. He’s tired. We all are.
Side note: I often feel like I’m in a very dark ocean treading water. Exhausted, I keep kicking and swimming, just to keep my head above it. There’s hope when I take a breath, glimmer of hope, just enough to keep going.
God bless

Big Food is quietly adding BUG & INSECT PROTEIN FLOUR to your everyday groceries — WITHOUT your knowledge or consent.
PepsiCo is actively testing cricket proteins in Cheetos and Quaker Granola Oats… and now experimenting with WORMS as a protein source for drinks, snacks, and more. At least six major companies are grinding insects into flour for foods, beverages, confectionaries, butters, oils, and seasonings.
No labeling. No warning. You’ll never know it’s in there.
ADM (Archer Daniels Midland) is producing insect-based foods in Illinois. The industry is exploding — projected to hit $4.6 BILLION in sales and 1.4 MILLION TONS of insect protein by 2027.
Here’s the dirty secret they don’t want you to see:
- Crickets are being hyped as “60% protein” — but independent testing shows only ~13%.
- Cleveland Clinic warns 30% of cricket farms carry parasites that transmit disease to humans.
- The chitin (exoskeleton) they call “digestible fiber”? NIH admits they don’t even know how the human body processes it.
This isn’t about “saving the planet.”
This is a hidden agenda to rewrite what we eat — sneaking it into your food supply without a single vote or label.
Demand full transparency.
Boycott anything that touches this.
Your plate, your choice.

American bought these hotdog buns thinking she was being healthy
They are Nature’s Own protein wheat buns that are “Non-GMO”
But then she noticed something, you can take one of these hot dog buns and mash it up into a ball, put it back onto the plate and it’ll slowly return perfectly back to its shape
After seeing this she knows they’re fake and refuses to eat them. She’s throwing them away
This happens because of the Dough Conditioners and Additives:
- Emulsifiers
- Enzymes for better rise and texture
- Oxidizing agents or hydrocolloids that strengthen the crumb. These help with shelf life, consistency and that “fresh” feel. This is also what contributes to that springy, memory foam like behavior
Our food is a science experiment

I posted the 20 best foods on earth. Many people saw it. The reply section exploded.
The carnivores said I included too many vegetables. The plant-based crowd said I included too much meat. Someone told me spinach was poisoning people. Someone else told me I should be in jail for recommending beef liver.
I listened to all of it. Went back to the data. This is Version 2. 40 foods. Updated.
Spinach is gone. Fermented foods are in. Organ meats expanded. Every plant on this list is low-oxalate or cooked to reduce antinutrients.
No tribe won. The science won. 🧵

You are looking at @USDA prime topsoil being stripped off farmland that’s hosting Excelsior Solar.
The solar salesmen told everyone in the area the land would be “farmable again.”
They are stripping prime topsoil that’s grown food for nearly 100 years in the area, loading it up, and taking it off the property.
This video was captured by Barbie Starowitz.
They are then bringing in low quality soil, clay, and crushed rock to take its place.
Where is the prime topsoil going?
The drivers do their best to hide that from the landowners in Byron. The resources, like topsoil, are extracted during late or early hours, sometimes behind fencing so landowners that leased can’t measure the resources they are losing (and not being paid for - more posts on that).
One investigation uncovered the soil goes to a local dump, as part of an arrangement with incoming hazardous waste that the landfills will have to accept. For legal purposes, this investigation uncovered that allegedly.
USDA prime topsoil takes 100 to 500 years to form. But it only takes an afternoon for it to be loaded into trucks, carted off as part of the biggest scam ever peddled on the American public.
ORES doesn’t monitor the worksites. It’s the Wild West. And it’s all on purpose.

THE FINAL STRETCH BEFORE EVERYTHING CHANGES….💫🛸💫
💥Note to Anons-
Patriots: You have been through more than you let on, more than anyone knows, the sleepless nights, the relatives, friends and strangers that laughed at you. Moments you questioned yourself-times you had nothing left; but still chose to believe. You held on when others folded. You stayed when it would of been easier to walk away. That makes you rare, dangerous and destined.
“You may not feel it right now,” but this is THE FINAL STRETCH before everything changes.
There will come a day when you sit in stillness and remember the version of you who refused to “Give Up.” The one who showed up broke, exhausted and ridiculed; but never let go of the vision. That day is coming—and when it does you will cry; not because you are hurting-because it all finally made sense. All the pain, doubt, delays and all the missed exits.
It wasn’t punishment; It was preparation.
You weren’t meant to get rich fast, You were meant to become someone
“Unshakable.” You are awake, alive and know this matters.
Now, you’re too far in to turn around and way too close to fold under pressure.
The storm is loud but your intuition is louder and it’s been screaming from the beginning; “Hold On-Just Hold.”
This moment is once in a lifetime, you won’t see it again.
NOT LIKE THIS-NOT AT THIS PRICE-NOT WITH THIS SETUP.
So breathe, trust your gut, Silence the noise and when this ends-when it finally ENDS-you’ll be the one they come to asking “HOW YOU KNEW?” And you’ll smile 🙂because deep down, way down; “YOU ALWAYS KNEW.”
I’m proud of you, you’re almost there; Finish The Mission-I Love You.

Eat a mouthful of grass and you get nothing. It goes in green and comes out green.
Eat straw and you get nothing. Your gut cannot touch cellulose.
Eat acorns and you get tannins, and a very bad afternoon.
Eat bracken and you get a carcinogen.
Eat nettles, thistles, brambles, rushes and moorland heather and you get a mouth full of blood and no calories.
Eat the beet pulp, the oat husks and the spent brewer's grain and you get the waste the factory couldn't sell.
Now feed the lot of it to a cow.
She turns every one of them into steak, butter, cream, milk and a hide, on land that will never grow a vegetable, using four stomachs and a fermentation vat you do not have.
The grass she eats grew on rain and sunlight, for free, on a hillside nobody can plough.
She is the only creature on earth that can take a field of inedible fibre and hand you back the most nutrient-dense food there is.
The cow is not competing with you for food. She eats the ninety percent you cannot.
Best plant-based diet ever invented. It just has a cow in the middle doing the hard part.

Americans are tired of our healthcare system requiring them to make 3+ appointments just for one issue
- American needs to see a dermatologist, he’s find first he needs to see primary care for a referral
- He wants 2 weeks for the appointment
- At the appointment he’s told he needs to see dermatology and gets a referral
- He waits 2 weeks for the appointment
- At the appointment he’s told he won’t be seeing the doctor, just the techs to take photos and will schedule with the doctor
So now he needs to make another appointment. Which means he’s now paid for 3 appointments for one issue, and he knew he needed to see a dermatologist in the first place
This is a scam
Remember Casey Means outright exposes the medical system has been redesigned for this exact purpose. To make as many appointments as possible for each issue
We need healthcare reform. Healthcare should not be a for-profit business

JUST IN: Florida’s AG announces subpoenas for General Mills and Pillsbury over their use of potassium bromate, a chemical linked to cancer, DNA damage, and even possible hearing loss.
@AGJamesUthmeier: "There's been sufficient evidence of ties to kidney, thyroid, and abdominal cancer. It is a genotoxic, causing oxidative stress. It's been linked to DNA damage and other cellular harms. Again, it's not something that we want to risk when it comes to our kids."
Officials say this is just the start of the investigation.

🚨 They're saying to put the salad down, folks! A doctor just advised people to avoid fresh produce entirely, even if washed, as a parasite outbreak spreads rapidly across the US.
Over 3,000 people are sick across Michigan and Ohio linked to lettuce and salad greens and nothing has been recalled. Not one brand. Not one supplier. The contaminated food is "still sitting on shelves right now".
Michigan went from 40-50 cases a year to 2,640 cases across 55 counties and it's in 30+ states.
The CDC quietly removed this parasite from its mandatory surveillance list last year. No announcement. No explanation. They just stopped actively tracking it.
Have you or someone you know had symptoms recently? Something feels off about it all...

There is a ceiling on how much protein a human can eat, and past it the food starts to kill you.
It sits around 35 percent of your calories. Not a preference. A hard limit, set by the liver.
Protein is nitrogen-rich, and burning it for fuel leaves you with ammonia, which is poisonous. The liver converts that ammonia to urea and ships it out through the kidneys. That machinery has a maximum throughput. Flood it and the ammonia backs up faster than you can clear it.
So a man can sit down to unlimited lean meat, eat until his belly is tight, and starve anyway. He weakens, gets a splitting head and the runs, and inside a couple of weeks in the cold he is dead, with meat still sitting in the pot.
The fix is never more protein. It is fat. Fat burns clean: no nitrogen, no urea, no ceiling. Add enough of it and the same lean meat that was poisoning the man keeps him alive indefinitely.
This is why every serious meat-eating people on Earth prized the fat over the muscle. Marrow, back fat, the fatty organs, tallow rendered and stored for winter. The lean was the part you could afford to hand to the dogs.
Lean protein is a modern health slogan. To the people who actually lived on animals, it described a slow way to die.

When I arrived at the @USDA last week in Washington D.C. and sat down at a table with different ranching families from out West, something stuck with me I still can't stop thinking about.
Many of the ranchers, before introducing the type of land grab happening to their ranches, began by telling everyone at the table about the history of their ranch.
Many of the ranchers are fourth or fifth generations descended from the pioneers that settled their ranches in the 1880s. One of them was @caseymurph1.
Wow.
That just blew me away. These men and women are working the land their relatives settled 150-years ago with nothing but a horse and covered wagon. And they are still working that very land today.
That's what wars are fought over. Men go to battle for the right to work land freely. Or they go to battle for the right to preserve the land their great-grandfathers claimed centuries ago.
No matter how advanced technology gets, you can't print more land. There's only a certain amount. That's why it's valuable.
These ranching families I met in DC would rather die than give up their land to foreign corporations or through eminent domain. To be a proud American is to defend your land.
Some of these families are out hundreds of thousands of dollars to hire attorneys to help them defend their ranches. They would rather spend their life's savings to keep the dirt their ancestors settled than take a check from a foreign multinational conglomerate.
Those are real men. And the women by their sides were just as honorable - brave, courageous, and incredibly sharp.
We cannot cede another inch of American farmland to foreign corporations.

One of my favorite things to do as a physician is deprescribe medication.
I didn’t always feel that way.
Early in my career, I thought good medicine meant getting diseases under control with prescriptions.
Then my own body rebelled.
The weight kept creeping up. I became prediabetic. My blood pressure was rising. My back hurt every day.
I changed the way I ate.
35 pounds disappeared.
My prediabetes reversed.
My blood pressure normalized.
My back pain was gone.
That hit me like a truck.
Now the question I ask first isn’t, “What medication does this patient need?”
It’s, “Why did they need it in the first place?”
The best part of my week is telling a patient who changed their lifestyle that they no longer need a medication because their health has improved enough to safely stop it.

When I talk about praying the Psalms, I don’t mean randomly selecting a psalm that fits your mood—whether praise, lament, or thanksgiving. I mean beginning with Psalm 1 and praying through all 150 psalms regularly, ideally once a month. You can find a monthly reading/prayer chart online.
Here’s the idea: pick a single Bible translation you’re comfortable with and stick with it. I’ve used the New American Standard for over 30 years and memorized many psalms in that version. If you constantly switch translations, you can’t learn the words by heart.
Start with Psalm 1 and pray it aloud:
"Blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked..."
Then move on to Psalm 2, Psalm 3, and so on. Speak the words as prayer—not just reading them, but actually praying them to God.
Some psalms will feel natural, like Psalm 23. Others may feel foreign or even uncomfortable. That’s okay. The Psalms include prayers for every human experience, including the darkest and worst. They’re not your words—they’re God’s words given for you to pray back to him.
Over time, those unfamiliar prayers will become your own. They will shape your thoughts, your emotions, and your relationship with God.
As you pray the Psalms, you’ll also deepen your understanding of Christ, who is the true voice behind the Psalms. He prayed them, and we now join him in speaking them to the Father.
So, here’s the plan:
1) Pick a translation.
2) Follow a monthly reading chart.
3) Pray the psalms aloud every day.
This is not meaningless repetition. It’s letting God’s Word form and fill your heart so that, in every circumstance, you’ll have prayers already written on your heart.

We take for granted how rich and versatile our soil is in the Northeast.
I didn’t realize this until I spent a day with ranchers from out West.
We’ve all heard of the Dust Bowl of the 1930s. But what about that land today?
Ranchers from Utah, Arizona, etc. talked about how the land is so dry, arid, and rocky that they can’t till. If they do, it’ll blow away in the wind. Heavy irrigation is required if they want to grow food in the ground.
So they ranch instead (and we thank them for it!).
In contrast, our soil is so fertile and richly watered in Upstate NY that the vast majority of it qualifies as @USDA prime farmland. You can walk outside, clear a patch of land in your yard, plant seeds, and watch them grow.
Do you understand how much of the world would kill for that kind of soil?
That’s the same soil @KathyHochul is throwing away to foreign corporations as part of the green energy grift.
A nation that discards its most fertile soil for subsidies and credits is a nation that will not exist to see its future.
