@DoubleTree the bathroom in room 522 of The Alloy in KOP shows proof of a training opportunity for housekeeping and maintenance. While the toilet bowl is just scratched, you may wanna consider a remedy.

@DoubleTree Tried to call your UK office, opening hours 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday... However it's now 09:21hrs so how does that work? Very disappointed in the service after my stay in Savannah, booking hold fee still hasn't been returned as well as unauthorised transactions.

@doubletree Do better in Skokie. I returned to my room April 24 to find this note from housecleaning on the floor outside my room. No prior notice. No explanation. Front desk knew nothing about this. I asked about compensation or a discount. Nothing.

@DoubleTree is it normal for your housekeeping staff to leave hotel room doors propped open all day? Staying @ your property in Wellington, New Zealand. @ work all day yesterday & came back @ 1am 2 find my door wide open. Front desk staff didn’t even ask if anything was taken

@DoubleTree During my stay, I reported a missing personal item from my room and asked the hotel for help, documentation, and a proper explanation of what had been checked. Unfortunately, the response from the Duty Manager was dismissive, unhelpful, and extremely unprofessional.

@DoubleTree I couldn’t turn up for my booking as we rescheduled our holiday as it was cancelled and DBT still emailed me about checking in when I told them I cant use the room and took the money from my credit card . EVERYONE else either refunded or gave us a voucher. Shame on u.

Yo I’m at a @DoubleTree in Dallas. At check in, they told us that there’s no hot water in the entire hotel and that they are out of cookies 😂 this place sucks!!

Why did I just stay at @DoubleTree by @HiltonHotels and get treated like a dirt bag for what I know to be no reason at all? I thought they were supposed to be on the higher end of the hotel chains? They ONLY got 1k of my money the 5 days I stayed there! No big deal.
