@aeonx_LR @anthrocon @DoubleTree We had a ventilation issue and we didnt use a tool to take off this vent but found it was so full of dust and had no fan that ventilation from steam was totally blocked that we had to keep the door open to make sure humidity and steam escaped

As much as I loved @anthrocon , dog this shit was so fucked up 💀💀💀. Barely functioning AC, broken shower, and a COCKROACH in the bathroom dude. Seriously, @DoubleTree , fix your shit. The worst hotel stay I have EVER had, and it being in the con block is SO much worse...

@aeonx_LR @anthrocon @DoubleTree Are room was the same it was 80 degrees in there, humid and, the shower head was broken. There was a secret second bathroom behind a vent. That was kinda cool but a little cringy.

Disappointed with @DoubleTree Ahmedabad over Reservation #3491102667. I was denied the option to use @AmericanExpress credit via Hilton's online payment portal and told payment could only be made via a CC Authorization Form or at the hotel. Very poor customer service. @Hilton

@DoubleTree You may want to think again if staying at the Double Tree in Key West, FL. Had an incident with water on tiled floors by the 1st floor elevator causing a slip/fall and suffering a knee injury. I didn’t want medical Attn but lack of concern from Mgmt was disappointing.
