I have two EEOC complaints to help fix this corruption. Both Fed Gov agencies are fighting my complaint and led by Trump Administration officials. The EEOC offices within each of these agencies are compromised. It’s systemic and will take years to fix. The discrimination is public and Trump and his team really don’t care! It’s unfortunate, but a sad reality. Hopefully, there is a positive action and results to clean up the corruption.

The 2023 HUD lawsuit stems from the following screenshot from the deposition (shown below). The HUD attorney assigned to the case, Julius Halstead, has a well-documented history spanning over a decade of racist statements and actions targeting White men. He has publicly referred to all White men as the biggest terrorist threat in America. Additionally, the HUD EEOC office leaked my name to management. For years, the agency has systematically protected management officials and the agency itself rather than addressing the underlying issues. The FDIC lawsuit 2025 is currently using the government-wide hiring freeze implemented on January 20, 2025, as cover (malicious compliance) for the consequences of its prior DEI initiatives. FDIC leadership has publicly committed to prioritizing the hiring and promotion of minorities and women into leadership positions, particularly as older employees retire. In official documents and statements, the agency framed these efforts as necessary to "fix past societal inequities." The FDIC senior leadership explicitly cited the deaths of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and Ahmaud Arbery as catalysts for a broader "national conversation about race" and used that context to expand (DEI) goals across hiring, training, promotions, and contracting. Trump Administration officials in the FDIC are protecting the agency and are currently ignoring EEOC complaints, and the investigations are very narrow to hide their years of DEI discrimination. The hiring officials at the FDIC stole my ideas and training and then created new positions and hired less qualified people to fill those roles I recommended. Lastly, if the HUD and FDIC HR and EEOC offices are compromised - actively supporting and ignoring these DIE policies - how can any complainant expect fair and impartial treatment when the entire system appears rigged against them?
