O-Train Line 1: A train is currently stopped between Hurdman and Lees Stations, due to a trespasser on the tracks. Service along the rest of Line 1 is unaffected and running well. We are sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

@OC_Transpo Hi! The escalators to the first concourse level at the Rideau station entrance at the corner of Colonel By and Rideau have not worked for a few weeks. Any idea when they might work again?

O-Train Line 1: Fully accessible options to Rideau station are available at the William Street entrance. Only stairs are currently available at the Sussex Drive entrance. Apologies for the inconvenience.

@OC_Transpo Hi, thanks for your quick reply. I get it, but from a customer perspective it feels like you’re passing the buck. It’s an entrance to an O-train station. OC Transpo should ensure there is full access all the time.
