Comcast was never able to get TV Japan to appear on my TiVo even though it worked fine last year. But I received MUCH better support via @ComcastCares than via telephone. Plus the social media team is online 24/7 and staffed by smarter people.

Comcast won’t allow me to add TVJAPAN (330) to my service unless I replace my @tivo gear with an X1 system. Yet I’ve had this channel before. @comcastcares, can you say #antitrust violation?

@PreetBharara Love the podcast! But there's a problem: The audio levels are all over the place. Samantha Bee show was one of the worst. Tried to listen in the car, but both you and she swallow the ends of your sentences. If I turn up the volume, the loud parts are too loud....
