So, unable to log onto my bank acct., I called customer service @CitizensBank The guy (AI) who answered spoke about the worst English I've ever heard. After 100 excuse me's, and could you repeat that, giving him info I did NOT want him to have, he said the reason was my phone number was not the one on the account. He wouldn't tell me what # it was, as I've had the same cell number 20 years, and I don't have any other. Why do we have out of country call centers @CitizensBank? What a joke. Oh, I changed everything right after hanging up.

So, I tried to pay for my dog's @ASPCAPetIns and @CitizensBank froze and deactivated my credit card saying their site was sketchy. They're sending me a new card to use. And how is using that new card not going to set off alarms when I pay my pet insurance when my current one did?

@CitizensBank explain to me how my @discovercard payment hits their account - and is credited! - on Thu the 12th, yet only shows up in my citizens account on Tuesday the 17th? Is it 1962 and it took a while for the check to get to Citizens via USPS?

@CitizensBank My car payment is always due on the 15th. Today is the 14th, but your website is telling me I’m overdue & is now trying to lump in March’s payment with February’s. I know I can enter a custom payment but this is sketchy & dishonest!!
