@CTVNews This is gross mismanagement of our tax dollars. On one hand the premiers can't even get the feds to sit to the table on healthcare transfers. On the other hand we are throwing canadian taxpayer dollars at a country to rebuild in the middle of a war. We have problems at home.

I've been seeing a lot of confusion on this lately so I would like to clarify it.The rent control act that allows landlords of properties built after 2018 to raise rent by ANY amount was not created to help tenants. It was put in place so my rich friends and I can make more money
