Some have been able to use the cash card at the ATM. try and see if you can atm withdraw your money and open a physical bank account or keep the cash in your mattress

@Square Keeping people in complete blackout silence isn't helping anything. Many small businesses use your service and millions use cashapp as a bank account, so posting stupid we are working on the issue WITHOUT telling us what the issue is. Is not helping!
