Who will save Ugandans from private clinics where ulcers, typhoid, brucellosis & other serious illnesses are diagnosed without any tests at all? Anyone who pays medical bills 4 relatives and others who can’t afford to pay for themselves would be familiar with these malpractices.

Mr. Mpanga was squeezing a classmate who had not come ready for class, she was at the brink of crying, I sneezed and he asked who had sneezed, asked why I had flue at such a time and then told me to rescue the girl by answering the question or he would throw both of us out 😂😂
