Granted I’ve lifted since I was 13 and except for a period of three years overcoming a devastating back injury, have never stopped. I pulled 585lbs on a DL this morning and RDL’d 385 followed by zerchers at 380. Just have to keep at it.

@DanLUFCMOT @mariotomich Have you tried Zercher Squats excellent movement for full body strength and allows you to get down in that low squat without the pressure on lower back. I find having the weight in front of me lessons the load on the actual knees

@DownedUAP @mariotomich The perfect balance of a mindful reset (being out in nature) and exercise. I go in rain, sun or snow. I am having knee issues from BJJ so i must have a strength in-balance somewhere. Think i need to strengthen in the low squat position
