RadoGoji’s tail held high, its proud upright stance, and its roaring expression all seem to heighten its fury. The golden heat-ray glow not only echoes its revival in the film, but also seems to bring the statue itself to life.

酒井ゆうじ 30cm ラドゴジ 咆哮 Perhaps Mr. Sakai’s most dramatically posed Heisei Godzilla. On a whim, I asked the painter to give the dorsal fins a heat-ray glow, echoing the scene in the final battle where Godzilla is revived by Rodan’s energy. Painted by Gu作坊.

@morinaojapan I think it could also be interesting to use the clear dorsal fin parts to recreate the subtle color differences created by light passing through them.
