Hopefully captioning a video version for YouTube will be in the podcasts future, but other than that is there a useful thing to do with the transcript?

I have some software now that makes transcripts of my podcast... what does one do with them? I'd like the podcast to be accessible, but are people reading podcasts? Where should I put them? Note: it hasn't turned it into captions sadly
