We found that in addition to Fgf/Mek, Erk is activated by Aurora kinase A to promote differentiation. During cell division, Erk localizes at the centrosomes, where its activation depends on Plk1. Congrats to Fei & the team! doi.org/10.1126/sciadv… 🐁
