Over the course of my career in sport psychology, I've seen entirely too many professionals play the elitist card & treat students or younger professionals as less than. I call BS on it. We were all young professionals who needed an "in" or connection to get somewhere. Be better.

We took our XC team to Fixins, a soul food spot in Sac Town. For many it was their 1st soul food experience. We had some get oxtails, smothered chicken and gumbo. Then we stopped at Real Pie Company and Leatherbys. I’m just here to expand everyone’s palette 1 trip at a time.

I witnessed HISTORY last night…I had the privilege to watch 1st year head coach, @josheilert ‘s first game and first Career WIN! The game was a roller coaster 🎢 filled with ups and downs that eventually resulted in victory! #letsgo #Mountaineers 🎶 Cue Country Roads🎶

I’m finally admitting that the reason I pushed everyone away and why I don’t talk to people is because I’m a Therapist. I’ve become too comfortable listening and helping others process their own thoughts, that I don’t really like talking anymore lol
