Watching this film can benefit us all! There was a research study which documented significant increases in #selfcompassion in adolescents from pre to post viewing. The world leading researcher in self compassion, Dr Kristin Neff, was a consultant on the film. An excellent example of how a film can positively impact our mental health and should be shown in all schools ❤️

Inside Out 2 is a stone-cold masterpiece, the nearest Pixar have got to its great days since Coco. When they get it right, these stories have such depth - they are such great allegories of the human condition. And yes, put me in fucking Pseuds Corner.
