The BMA must and will ensure we’re best placed to meet a changing world head on, esp in terms of support for committees like GPC, doing so much detailed work for members. My own personal view is that @doctor_katie is a brilliant advocate for GPs and we’re lucky to have her.

@AlanStout19 I would encourage all NHS staff to avail of the free night workers health assessments in occupational health under the working time regulations. Very few actually do. Work is ongoing in NI HSC to begin to develop a strategy to address fatigue risk management in healthcare

@AlanStout19 Such an important issue especially in NI where staffing is so short and waiting lists astronomical. We need to be offering the same OH support as rest of UK.

Massively important given current pressures. Improvements can’t simply come from working staff harder and harder
