People are usually much nicer when they are happy within themselves, which says a lot about people who AREN’T being nice to you. So wish them well, and be on your way. That says a lot about YOU. It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be NICE.

One person said “Erasers are for those who make mistakes.” Another said "Erasers were made for those who are willing to correct their mistakes.” Don't forget, it’s not our mistakes or faults, it’s what we DO about them that that really matters. Attitude determines our altitude.

Most of our stress and worry comes from the way we respond to things, not the way life is or circumstances are. So change your attitude. Find the good and the opportunities to learn in every situation Stop worrying and overthinking and try to adjust the way you look at things.

No-one is given a “good life”! Life with its struggles, sorrows and failings is never perfect or always fair. But it’s not what happens, but what we DO about what happens in the life we have been given that determines at the end of it whether assess it as good or "not so great".

I wish we could stop associating “STRENGTH” with someone’s ability to smile through tears and suffer in silence. Strength is being brave enough to be able to talk about what is hurting you in the inside, and the willingness express those difficult feelings.

The most basic yet powerful way to connect with another person is simply to LISTEN. The best gift we give each other is our attention. An empathetic silence has far more power to heal and connect than even the most fitting and well-intentioned words.

Courage is learning to hang on when you want to let go. Wisdom is learning to let go when you want to hang on.

When life seems to have no meaning, we have an opportunity to create meaning.

Gentleness does not mean you are not strong. It simply means that you are not using your strength to hurt others.

No amount of regret changes the past; no amount of anxiety or worry changes the future; but here’s the good news: any amount of positivity and gratitude can change the present.

There is no need to think outside the box. All we need to do is realize that there IS no box … unless we create one for ourselves.

Our goal in life is not to get rid of all our negative thoughts, feelings and life situations … because that would be impossible. No! Our goal is to change our attitudes and our responses to them when they happen.

Here’s a good suggestion. If you find you don’t have all the information about something, stop filling in the blanks with your imaginings, fears or conjectures. As hard as it may be, it’s better to sit with an unclear picture than to carry around an inaccurate one.
