@davidasinclair Imagine what the world would look like if we paid highly educated people what they were worth. They would be out in the world pursing their vision, inventing things, and curing diseases just for fun, and having the financial resources to make it a reality.

@Dmitriy_Grey_AI If you don’t understand the dynamic impact of every variable, and how that variable impacts every step and outcome along the way, then you’re nothing but a yes man pushing buttons and doing whatever the AI says. Ultimately, you’re responsible for the outcome, not the AI tool.

@DrHectorDeJesus Raw data skills mean nothing without speed in competitive fields. We built RAI AI to handle the heavy lifting instantly, freeing professionals to apply insights instead of drowning in processing. Speed changes everything when decisions matter.

I want to start a new challenge, called the Fit and Educated Challenge. TESU has a great engineering program that’ll fit your skill sets, an MBA in data analytics that will teach you how to analyze data, and an amazing Doctorate program what will teach you how to be a good leader

Day 3 of a 3 day fast. Feeling hungry a few hours after you eat is not hunger. It’s withdrawal symptoms from the food we eat. Learn about Ghrelin and Leptin and take back control of your hunger hormones.

@Dearme2_ I learned how the human body works, and realized that depression is another way of saying depressed hormone production, which comes from a sick endocrine system. So I learned how to heal myself, and now I feel amazing. a.co/d/0hJCuyDP

@forgedmedicine It doesn’t help that our bodies are filled with microplastics, carrying estrogen-like chemicals. When it comes to testosterone, sleep is one part of an entire feedback loop that requires the whole endocrine system to work correctly, to produce it. a.co/d/0hJCuyDP

The most overlooked testosterone problem in men over 40 isn’t diet. It isn’t exercise. It’s sleep. In healthy men, sleep restriction has been shown to lower testosterone levels significantly. And no supplement stack can fully compensate for chronic sleep deprivation. Your body does much of its hormone regulation while you sleep. Cut the sleep. Disrupt the signal. Most men I’ve seen chasing T optimization weren’t missing a supplement. They were chronically under-slept and didn’t know it. Fix the sleep first. Everything else is downstream of that.

Pretty excited. I lost 8 pounds in about 5 weeks. If you’re interested in understanding the difference between cognitive bias and cognitive dissonance, here’s an explanation.

@brockpierson Probably because it starts to feel like watching a movie on repeat. We keep doing the same things and expecting different results. People don’t learn from past mistakes, so we’re doomed to repeat them. When given the option between peace and chaos, we choose chaos every time.

It’s day 2 of a 3 day fast. Going strong. Men can start a 3 day fast anytime because our hormones are based on a 24 hour clock. Female hormones are based on a monthly cycle, which drastically changes 4 times a month. The best time for females would be 2 weeks before their cycle.

@MmisterNobody Yes, with electrolytes and creatine. Your brains synaptic connections need calcium ions in order to function, or else you’ll feel tired and lethargic. 3 days is enough for the full effects and you’ll start to lose muscle mass after 3 days. I’m currently on day 2 of 3 now.

@Jainadave_ Intermittent fasting, but men and women need to do it differently since our hormone cycles are different. I wrote about it in this book if you’re interested. a.co/d/01U2q9Tb

@anymanfitness It makes sense. When you exercise, your body will initiate autophagy early, forcing it to recycle the sick, dying, and dead cells in your body, which most likely means getting rid of the cells with viruses in them before they multiply.

It's anecdotal but the people I know who never exercise are always sick, and the people I know who always exercise are almost never sick. Do with this what you will.

@WillJohnso78115 @official_Gegeh The information on that page is the basic fundamentals required for operators and doesn’t expire. If you have no experience operating power plant equipment, I recommend working anywhere that has boilers and chillers, and learning how they work. Those skills will help.

@WillJohnso78115 @official_Gegeh A good way to start is through nuclear engineering, radiation protection, I&C, maintenance, cybersecurity, or plant operations. Many countries offer scholarships, IAEA training programs, and graduate pathways for international applicants. It’s worth it. nrc.gov/reactors/opera…
