An excellent example of how social prescribing can support mental #wellbeing. Danny was introduced to parkrun by a social prescribing link worker as part of his treatment for anxiety and depression. @parkrunIE @parkrunUK @ireland_social @SeftonPartners

After experiencing feelings of anxiety and depression, Danny was referred to his local social prescribing service. He met Damian who suggested he try the park run, as well as other local services 🏃 If you think social prescribing could help you, talk to your GP practice.
