@TUIUK But that policy breaks up our group ? I can’t book five seats in a row and one of our party is claustrophobic and doesn’t want a window seat . So it doesn’t keep groups together?

@TUIUK why is it impossible for a family of 5 to book seats together on your flights ? We are charged for choosing seats but will not let us leave a window seat unoccupied. Meaning we have to have a stranger sat in the middle. The call centre says this policy! Help!
