@DrAleeG Hi Alessandro! I agree - a TNFi comparator group would help to show if our findings are JAK specific. We feel that 5% is significant - for comparison others have shown that endurance training for 6 weeks leads to 7% ⬆️ in quads volume

Out today! In the RAMUS study we tested the effects of tofacitinib on muscle in people with #rheumatoidarthritis 🦵After 6 months, thigh volume increased by 5% 🧬 Muscle genes changed after TOFA and showed opposite pattern to age-related sarcopenia

@JessOT5 @sshoopworrall Hi @JessOT5! In this study we’ve focused on oligo- and poly-articular forms of JIA (the most common subtypes). It would’ve been nice to include all JIA but we were keen to avoid the survey becoming too long!
