@Lexus Sylvia from Lexus Financial Services was extremely rude and lacks compassion and empathy for a medical emergency for a life long customer. She denied our extension request and said Lexus does not want our life long business. Wow! #recordedcall

@Lexus Why is it impossible for a 83yo lifelong customer (4th car) to get his lease extended while he is acutely ill with cancer. Ever heard of medical extenuating circumstances? Shame on you for taking advantage of a loyal senior customer.

@Lexus I contacted brand loyalty and financial services and shocked by the poor customer service as a physician. My 83 yo father is fighting for his life with cancer (just was in ICU) and can’t get his lease extended to make decision when stronger. #seniorabuse #elderabuse

@Lexus Incredibly disappointed that financial services will not extend a lease for a lifelong Lexus owner (4th car) while he is acutely ill with cancer and fighting for his life. Such poor customer service and so much for company loyalty to its customers!
