Catheter Ablation for Ventricular Tachycardia in Ischemic Cardiomyopathy:
Among patients with ICD;
>> VT Ablation vs ICD Alone:
⏬️ ICD shocks.
📉Trend toward fewer VT storms.
📉Trend toward reduced CV hospitalizations.
🔔However, no significant differences were observed when compared to patients receiving ICD therapy combined with AADs.
⏸️there were no statistically significant differences in all‐cause mortality, cardiovascular mortality, orVT/VF recurrence between the VT ablation group and either the ICD alone or ICD + AAD groups.

Conclusive evidence for reduced VT/VF recurrence in the VT ablation group vs ICD + AADs.
Insufficient data from RCTs to make definitive conclusions on other outcomes.
