You cannot have a functioning NHS without the people to staff it. Doctors are leaving due to not being paid fairly. If they leave, who will bring down the waiting lists? It is a political choice to not pay doctors appropriately. We must retain them by achieving #payrestoration

Today I updated my @hello_pando job description to Art Therapist. Unfortunately my SAS doctor job title doesn’t appear as an option in their long drop down list, so will carry on choosing a random one until they take SAS doctors into account
