When it comes to strength training, more isn't always better. I cut my strength workouts to about 20 minutes because recovery builds strength. Lifting sends your body a signal to build muscle. Recovery is when your muscles and brain adapt to that signal. Most people spend hours in the gym. They never question whether more training helps. Stop grinding at the gym for hours, it's ok to train hard but recover well and build strength that lasts for decades.

Since ObamaCare came into effect in 2014, the average wait time for a doctor appointment went from 18.5 days to 31 days, a 33 percent increase. This reversed the downward trend on wait times from 2004 - 2014. Specialists like OB/GYN went from 23.5 days in 2004 to 42 days in 2025 — a 79 percent increase. In 15 of Americans biggest cities, it now takes longer to see a doctor than it did 21 years ago — by nearly half — even as health-care spending has increased more than 100 percent since ObamaCare.

@homegymcoop This is legitimately a genius piece of equipment.
