@Rocky_6116 Good guess but not right ventricular MI.
Correct answer is C. Anterior wall MI. ST elevation in V1–V4 points to the anterior wall of the left ventricle, usually due to LAD artery occlusion.
English

@Ragini1Im Sure thing Ragini, Correct answer is C. Anterior wall MI. Leads V1–V4 view the front (anterior) wall of the heart, so ST elevation there usually indicates blockage of the LAD artery causing an anterior MI.
English

@Roshanroy123 Correct answer is C. Anterior wall MI.
Leads V1–V4 look at the anterior surface of the heart, mainly supplied by the LAD artery, so ST elevation there suggests an anterior wall myocardial infarction.
English

@hiit_man45 You’re right , C. Hyperacute tall T waves are the earliest ECG changes in acute STEMI. They happen because early myocardial ischemia alters ventricular repolarization before classic ST elevation appears.
English

@Riddhi1450 You're absolutely right, C. Hyperacute tall T waves are the earliest ECG changes in acute STEMI. They appear due to early myocardial ischemia affecting ventricular repolarization, often before obvious ST elevation develops.
English

@DrNeuro67 C) Hyperacute tall T waves— they appear first in acute STEMI. 👍
English

Correct answer is C. Hyperacute tall T waves
Heart attack ke bilkul early phase me myocardium ko oxygen kam milti hai, jise ischemia bolte hain. Isse heart cells ki repolarization disturb ho jati hai, aur ECG me bade, broad based tall T waves dikhne lagte hain, jise hyperacute T waves kehte hain.
Ye changes usually ST elevation se bhi pehle aate hain.
Baad me progression kuch aise hoti hai 👇
Hyperacute T waves → ST elevation → Q waves → T wave inversion.

@Doctors_GUILD B) Calcium citrate, Wilson disease is treated with copper chelators like penicillamine and trientine, or zinc acetate which reduces copper absorption, while calcium citrate has no role in copper removal
English

Which of the following drug is not used in the treatment of Wilson's disease?
a. Penicillamine
b. Calcium citrate
C. Trientine
d. Zinc acetate
MEDICINE MADNESS@Doctors_GUILD
Doctor… there’s a strange ring around my eyes. Young patient. Behavioral changes. Tremors beginning. And now this ring appears. What disease are you thinking about?
English

@Madihealth2026 C) Culture, mycobacterial culture is the gold standard for tuberculosis as it confirms the diagnosis and allows drug sensitivity testing, although it takes several weeks
English

@TrackYourHeart B) ASD, because atrial septal defect causes increased right heart volume load, leading to characteristic ECG changes, and the crochetage sign appears as a notch on the R wave in inferior leads, especially lead II, due to altered atrial and ventricular conduction
