@Dene71 B7 fans had been protesting to the Beeb to repeat the series for year. The BBC finally repeat it - albeit at something like lunchtime on a Saturday - and hardly any bugger watched it.

Funny how you're often not interested in favourites ALL your life... Anyone remember the #Blakes7 S1 repeats on BBC2 Feb-May 2000? I watched a bit of 'Space Fall', I think. That was it. 🤷‍♂️ Just wasn't interested at the time. #DoctorWho pretty fallow for me around then as well.

Dorothy Gibson, actress and survivor of the sinking of the #Titanic, starred in the first film about the disaster (Saved from the Titanic) which was released on 14th May 1912 (in the US). In the movie, she uses the same clothes she wore during the disaster.

@fesshole Yes, it is possible. In 1981 our rental VCR had the audio dub button next to the pause button. I accidentally pressed the wrong button once and got a few seconds of silence on something I'd previously recorded. I never made that mistake again.

As a teenager I used to put tape over the pressed out tab on VHS videos from the rental shop in the village, then audio dub "fuck off" over the sound at random points in a movie before it went back.
