Fwiw, Trump’s words here are legally meaningless. He has to sign individual exec orders to cancel whatever order he claims isn’t legal. Let’s see if this WH makes an actual effort to do this or if this is just meaningless rhetorical junk to spin up a fake holiday news cycle.
