Symptoms of Ebola may include: • Fever • Severe weakness • Headache and muscle pain • Vomiting or diarrhoea • Stomach pain • Unexplained bleeding in severe cases Seek immediate medical attention if experiencing symptoms, especially after travel to affected areas.

Kenya has not recorded any Ebola case. However, following the outbreak reported in Eastern DRC, MOH has activated enhanced surveillance, screening and preparedness measures across the country. We urge the public to remain calm, vigilant and rely only on official information.

For the sake of women and children in this nation, we are starting a march to end the deaths of mothers and newborns. This morning we had a working session with the national planning committee for the EWENE lanch to escalate this efforts.

The Director General hosted Prof. Wilfred Ndifon, President of AIMS RIC Rwanda, for talks on strengthening collaboration in digital health, data science, AI and mathematical modelling to support resilient, evidence-informed health systems in Kenya.
