See, I said Brian instead of brain. It really isn't working.

I know it is Friday and my Brian isn't working optimally, but I just read a paper in which the authors referred to a length as 10^(-0.5) m and my brain cannot compute this. Why, just why would anyone refer to a length like this!! For interest, this equates to 0.316m.

Took the kids to the park and my youngest decided that she didn’t want to wear her unicorn hairband anymore. Popped it on my head and forgot about it until I was getting some strange looks from other parents!! #dadlife 🦄🦄🦄

Why does Elsevier have to mess up everything?? Mendeley used to be easy to use and somewhat efficient; not is is a nightmare!!

Our most recent paper has just been published in acsami. It shows that nanoscale precipitates in a #HEA can significantly improve radiation tolerance, including minimising swelling (to almost 0%!) in bcc alloys. Read if here: bit.ly/NP-HEA_rad_tol
