I keep telling people that dates and timelines for the coming midterms DON’T MATTER. They WON’T PREVENT Trump from transforming the ENTIRE election system in every state. We now have PROOF that those dates and timeframes DON’T MATTER. Why? The Supreme Court just ruled that Louisiana’s district map is “unconstitutional.” You cannot use “race” as the basis for drawing Congressional maps. Those “race” based maps have ALWAYS been “unconstitutional.” But for the first time, in modern history, we actually have a Supreme Court majority, who are following and “restoring” the Constitution. But here’s what everyone is missing. One justice dissented in this ruling. Justice Jackson, who will be removed when the 2020 election is proven stolen and Biden illegitimate. It was a 6-3 decision but Jackson was the only one who dissented. Don’t miss these important facts. This ruling came just days before the early voting in the Louisiana primary was scheduled to start, but some mail in ballots had already been mailed out and some returned. That DID NOT prevent this SC decision. It wasn’t too late. Why? The map was “unconstitutional.” The Constitution is the law of the land. So guess what happened to the Louisiana primary and those votes? The Congressional primary was SUSPENDED and POSTPONED. There won’t be a Congressional primary in Louisiana until the Congressional map is made to be Constitutional. This ruling immediately sparked a lot of other states to “redraw” their Congressional maps, in order to eliminate the “unconstitutional” districts based on race. But Jackson’s dissent sparked a “beat down” response by Justice Alito. It reveals something BIG. “The dissent in this suit levels charges that cannot go unanswered,” Alito wrote. “The dissent would require that the 2026 congressional elections in Louisiana be held under a map that has been held to be unconstitutional.”  Did you catch that? “The dissent goes on to claim that our decision represents an unprincipled use of power. See post, at 4 (“And just like that, those principles give way to power”). That is a groundless and utterly irresponsible charge. What principle has the Court violated? The principle that Rule 45.3’s 32 day default period should never be shortened even when there is good reason to do so? The principle that we should never take any action that might unjustifiably be criticized as partisan?” There’s a SC “32 day rule” that is supposed to prevent a fast ruling. But look what Alito says. He says the “32 day rule” does not take precedent over the Constitution. Neither does the threat or possibility of criticism for partisanship. Then Alito says this: “The congressional districting map enacted by the legislature has been held to be unconstitutional, and the general election will be held in just six months,” added Alito “The second reason offered by the dissent is that we should allow the 32 day period to run out in order to “avoid the appearance of partiality.” Post, at 3 (opinion of JACKSON, J.). But the dissent does not explain why its insistence on unthinking compliance with Rule 45.3’s default rule does not create the appearance of partiality (by running out the clock) on behalf of those who may find it politically advantageous to have the election occur under the unconstitutional map.” Did you catch that? No “32 day rule” at the Supreme Court or state law that requires an election on a specific day, supersedes the Constitution. If the Congressional maps are “unconstitutional,” then there won’t be an election UNTIL the maps are fixed. Now think about what’s about to happen. Trump said the evidence of the stolen election is coming and now Kash Patel says it’s incoming. If the ENTIRE election system is PROVEN to be “unconstitutional,” then there will be no election UNTIL the ENTIRE system has been fixed and made Constitutional. Period. And the Supreme Court is going to back Trump up on this because it’s ALSO a “national security” issue.

If you’re not counting your own ballots then you are being duped into thinking that your vote is decisive. Your local clerk isn’t even counting your ballots. Your elections are being centrally controlled at the state level. It’s time to take back local control of your elections.

It should be evident that the Trump administration should have already hired Dr. Paquette and ... if I may be so bold, myself, to examine the voter rolls they are requesting from the states. Instead they will be "examined" by bureaucrats whose sole job will be to check a box that they have the rolls. They will have no further expertise to examine them. @ZarkFiles This would possibly explain the "camel humps" we see in line graphs of registered voters in Louisiana going back to 2015...sharp rise in "registrations" a few months before a federal elections followed by a decline or "purge" a few months after. CIVIX is the registration vendor.

Here is a simple concept: how do you know how many people voted in an election if the voter rolls: 1) Contain cloned records, thus multiplying the number of ID numbers without multiplying the number of people 2) Erase votes from the voter history record in differing amounts, in every snapshot of the rolls, thus adding and subtracting from the original certified total 3) Contain duplicate vote entries in single voter records 4) Never, in any snapshot, reflect the same count of voters who voted as ballots certified as cast It seems to me that those variables would make it impossible to know how many people voted in an election. The answer might be "close" (off by 5%-10%), that's enough of a problem to render the entire count invalid. If it were a bank, it would be closed by the feds as soon as the problem was discovered. @Grok, please share your opinion of this.

DOUBLE VOTES IN NY? YES. I posted this earlier, but many skeptics of election fraud must have missed the post, so here it is again. The first image shows what they look like in the database: multiple entries for the same election, with different voting methods (in red) The second image shows how often this happened according to different snapshots of the database. Note that every snapshot is different. How does that happen? By assigning the duplicate votes to different people in the snapshots, even years after the election. Questions for @Grok: 1) Is a face value reading of these voting history entries that these records double-voted, regardless whether it actually happened? 2) Do these entries represent a data integrity issue? 3) If so, how serious is it? 4) Does this on its own warrant an investigation? 5) Is this a problem even if it turns out that the records involved were not involved in double voting? 6) Is the voter history field trustworthy? 7) If not, how is it possible to know who voted, or how many people voted?
