Reynolds was presented with video evidence, cell phone data, bank records, and testimony of a ballot harvester. Reynolds claimed that the GBI made "repeated requests" to True The Vote for their witness. True The Vote denies this saying that THEY actually reached out to GBI after their one and only meeting and were ignored. @DellVarnson There's a big difference between the burden of "probable cause" and "beyond a reasonable doubt". IF they don't take a plea (no death penalty, life w/o parole), then I think they kept their powder dry. And that is a big IF.

I don't believe that President Trump is going to announce the illegitimacy of Sen. Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock, although I firmly believe BOTH are, in fact, illegitimate. Don't go crazy, folks. Thanks for the explanation. I thought it was odd to start the video on the front end and split it because the substance of this particular exhibit is to demonstrate the stiff leg. He appears to already be manipulating his phone, so the value would attribute more to the cut segment (assuming its a call) and less to the stiff leg.

This section where he takes the call will be admitted with phone logs separately at the trial. segregating evidence by type to prevent multiple types of evidence being lost if the judge doesn’t permit one exhibit to be admitted into evidence. In other words, the judge could have ruled that this exhibit of the full CCTV journey was inadmissible. But the small 1 minute section that they can tie in with the phone record could be admitted. If they leave it in, it’s part one one exhibit. If they isolate it, it can be submitted as an additional exhibit to spread the risk. The same thing happened with him assembling the rifle on the roof - they isolated that one minute sequence into its own exhibit, likely they will present that with the screw driver evidence and DNA. They will further have an exhibit that features the full video without cuts, in case authenticity is challenge or manipulation is suspected. You’ll note that his defence team who have had these for months didn’t question authenticity.
