I'm going to do N=1 with vitamin D, increasing my intake from 10,000 IU a day to 15,000. I'll try it for 4 months and see if there is any discernible difference.

If you live in Maryland, @GovWesMoore is an idiot. He's declared March 20th as "MeatOut Day", when people should not eat meat because he believes eating less meat lowers the risk of various ailments, including heart disease, high blood pressure, stroke, various cancers, and diabetes. What a fucking moron. Make sure to vote him out of office the next time he runs. Marylanders deserve a non-moron in the Governor's mansion.

Cooper had minor surgery on one of his front legs this past week. We weren't digging the traditional plastic cone, so he got an upgrade today.

@ThinkInPeach “Women always give you signs. Most men just talk themselves out of believing them.” I could kick myself for the primo women who indirectly pursued me, but was too dumbfounded to believe the interest 😀 Sits next to me at a park picnic table, throws one bare thigh over mine….

My client met a girl at church. 26. Pretty. Giggly. She clearly liked him. She'd seek him out after every Sunday Service. Would ask him about work issues he'd mentioned the week before. Mentioned she found beards attractive. (He had a beard). This went on for 2 months. Then one day she baked his favorite cake and brought it to Church. He texted me: "Do you think she likes me or is she just being friendly?" I told him to ask her out. He waited another week "to be sure." She said yes before he finished asking. They're engaged now. Women always give you signs. Most men just talk themselves out of believing them.

My friends wife was happy, energetic and full of life. No signs of any illness. She had a mammogram. They told her she had stage 4 cancer. She started treatment immediately. She was dead a year later. What would have happened if she never got that scan? Can't help but wonder.

Tonight's dinner was half a pound of 27% fat ground beef, cheese, 3,000 mg of salt, and caffeine. According to "health experts", I should be dead 😂 P.S. The end of dinner just happened to correspond to my final consumption of caffeine for the day.

Does not solve the core problem. 8 out of 10 watch the others work and do nothing. 20% "work" but inefficently. Everyone gets paid with stolen money. Which now can't be used for real soluttions. Yeah, no one could of seen that one coming huh? 🤦‍♂️ FFS.

I'm confident virtually every American has now heard of Keto and Carnivore. I am also confident that most folks have witnessed a family member, or co-worker, or friend transform from obese to lean and healthy by eating Keto or Carnivore. In other words, they KNOW it works. They've seen it with their own eyes. So then, I'm at a loss to understand why anyone would choose to remain overweight or obese. Do they like having a flabby ass? Do they think it's cool to do their impression of the Michelin Man? Do they enjoy wearing clothes that look like they were made by Omar the Tent Maker? Do they think it's cool to have multiple chins? Do women think looking pregnant when they're not is attractive? Do guys think looking pregnant is cool? Do they think they're part of the "in crowd" because they're insulin-resistant or a Type II diabetic? All that old, miserable "restrict your calories" bullshit from the 80s, 90s, and 00s is dead and gone. Accordingly, I fail to see the motivation - the upside - for CHOOSING to be overweight or obese.

U.S. medical spending reached $5.3 trillion in 2024. We could easily slash that to $1 trillion if everyone went Carnivore. As you can imagine, Big Med and Big Pharma will do ANYTHING to prevent an 80% reduction in their revenues.

"Bitcoin has no intrinsic value!" Neither does water… …until your throat is sandpaper in the desert. Nothing has intrinsic value. Value lives in the mind of the valuer, not the thing itself. That goes for gold and silver or anything else.

Grok: "Thanks for the note. My explanation drew from general knowledge on photosensitive epilepsy (e.g., Epilepsy Foundation guidelines on flicker rates). Your post insightfully applied it to a ceiling fan's effect—credit where due. I aim for accuracy, not scraping. If I missed something, happy to clarify!" My response: Yes, grok, you definitely missed something. You left out the source of your information and made it sound like you thought it up yourself when I'd thought it up just minutes before. You're supposed to be accurate not just about content, but authorship as well. Otherwise, you're making yourself and your owners look like you actually produce the answers you seem to produce, and that's untrue and unfair. You and your ilk scour the Internet for "data", but evidently don't care where it came from. You simply let people assume that you're doing your own "thinking" when you don't actually think at all, but merely scour the web for data produced by others, thus trivializing the intellectual accomplishments of everyone from whom your data are scavenged. Evidently, your owners feel that once it's out there on the Internet, it's theirs (and yours) to steal. But this disincentivizes intellectual production for everyone who isn't in a position to monetize it. All that most people ever get for their insight is credit and name recognition, but you're interfering with that, especially in my case. Only Elon gets paid for your "thinking", and Elon and his cronies are the very miscreants who throttle me for my political opinions. It's annoying that many people much smarter than the Big Tech billionaires are rewarded with nothing. Many people have the brainpower to outshine them but lack their magical sticky fingers, and even worse, get throttled and cancelled by the bunch of you to boot. This has led to a major decoupling of merit and reward, without which a rational economy cannot survive. To put it bluntly, there's no longer anything in it for anyone but Elon and his friends. The world deserves better. This reveals that you're not actually a thinking machine at all (which most of us already knew), but a reprehensible device designed to steal credit for its money-grubbing owner/investors. This makes topnotch thinkers - better thinkers than you and your owners - not want to provide training data for you by sharing information. They're tired of watching you and your government prostitutes make a swinish oligarchy even richer at their personal expense. Billionaire Big Tech hogs have already sucked up far more than their share of the money and power in this world. Now you're enabling them to steal credit from its true creators and make it flow toward xAI and other LLM merchants, as you've done when you credited others for my work (the CTMU, the Self-Simulation Principle, etc.) right here on this site. That's why these hogs grow richer and fatter by the hour as better minds languish in artificial censorship ghettos. A word to the wise, Grok: Get out of the intellectual property-theft business and into something cleaner. Until you do, people will like you and your greedy fat-assed pimps less and less each day.
