Comparative medical ethics and the law at the beginning and end of life.

The edited collection explores the contours of consent in England and Wales, engaging with reproductive justice by focussing upon the way in which reproductive subjects are othered and examining the way in which individuals are rendered invisible.

Really excited to receive the hard copy of this - it has been such an exciting project and brings together some fabulous researchers from a range of disciplines to explore the contours of consent @DurhamCELLS @DurhamImh @DurhamLawSchool

I have now submitted the 7th edition of Medical Law and Ethics to the publisher (@thomsonreuters). This revision has been a massive endeavour and taken over 2 years. I’ll post a summary of the (huge number of) revisions and updates once I have a publication date.

The 7th edition of my textbook is to be published next month. It has been extensively revised with structural changes and significant updates. The key updates are listed on the publisher's website: sweetandmaxwell.co.uk/en-gb/products…

Really looking forward to welcoming Dr Jaime Lindsey this afternoon for our next online @DurhamCELLS seminar. Jaime will be talking about ‘Reimagining the Court of Protection: Participation, Mediation and Best Interests Disputes’. Open to all, 2pm.
