Dr Barnett Stross & Olive Stross celebrate with local people in November 1938 following his election as councillor for Shelton, known as Ward 13, in the @SoTCityCouncil elections. Due to his popularity in the area he was returned with a majority of 910 @LidiceLives @alanjgerrard
