3.) No funding of terrorism abroad
4.) Opening the strait permanently without tolling

Bad Deal:
1.) Continued nuclear development (including covert)
2.) Ballistic missile development
3.) Funding of terrorism abroad
4.) Continued control over the strait
5.) More funding to Iran while 1-4 are occurring
