@Dra822 Because Brooklyn is within EDNY (Eastern District of New York) court's jurisdiction, meanwhile Luigi's case is with SDNY (Southern District).

A group of supporters put a birthday banner, facing MDC’s windows, wishing LM a happy birthday.
A supporter that goes by “Tornado”, EC, and Paula hand painted, and @blatantchatgpt_, @blueflies and @freemangobaby are the ones that put it up outside MDC with them!
It’s reported a couple staff took pictures/videos of it.

@LuigiArchive_ Sad with a nice update. Hopefully more happy things are to come for him

Here’s what I know:
1. Luigi had no history of violence at all. No criminal record at all. Not even a misdemeanor.
2. Luigi had mild depression but other than that he had no mental health problems at all.
So the official story is that a well educated rich kid, with no history of violence, no criminal record, no serious mental health issues, left his high rise apartment in Honolulu and traveled all the way across the country to NYC where he somehow obtained a “partially 3-D printed” gun and then carried out a perfectly targeted assassination on a healthcare CEO who was traveling and just happened to be outside his hotel at 5:30 in the morning.
Then, according to the Feds, this well educated rich kid, with no history of violence, no criminal record, no serious mental health issues, fled across the city back to his hostel where he collected his belongings, always keeping his face carefully covered (except the one time he tried to flirt with the clerk on check-in).
He then went south to BFE Pennsylvania where he was arrested 5 days later after a worker at a McDonalds called the cops claiming a customer was “being weird” despite the bodycams showing him just sitting in a booth minding his own business on his computer.
Those same cops who captured him on their body cams then did a preliminary search of his backpack where they report finding a “gun magazine” inside.
These same cops then load the backpack into their vehicle, *turn off their body cams* and then miraculously find the “partially 3-D printed gun” and a notebook containing the “manifesto.”
Then a transcript of that manifesto is “leaked” to Ken Klippenstein, the EXACT same guy who also got the big leak on the Tyler Robinson Discord chats.
The cops then completely fabricated a conversation with Luigi’s mom, and claimed she said “I could see him doing this” when she literally never said that and they were forced to admit so in court.

Those are the things I know. So yes, I’m comfortable giving Luigi the presumption of innocence until trial.

@mclindanguyen @bea_lovedd I agree. I live in New York and went to one in September. I was unable to hear anything because I was in the last row. I give to his fund for every hearing. I also can not sleep on the street again.
English

@bea_lovedd Yeah it’s always been a conflicting one for me..it’d be nice to physically show your support but on the other hand, I feel like I’d be treating him like a zoo animal…plus I think donating to the fund would be a more beneficial way to spend that money🥲
English

@TheLuigiTimes That is all nonsense. Remember his voice is silent now. Stop spreading stories

And also, about these “misogynistic” claims:
He has a female lawyer (if he was a misogynist he wouldn't stand having a woman in a position of power, much less above him, and much less being dependable on her), said the culture regarding a mountain is “peak misogyny", motivated a female friend of his by saying she's a "boss", called out a guy on X for his misogynist tweet….
When I talk to a man, does this make me a man? In the same way, just because he talks to a misogynist it doesn’t make him one.
It’s also important to remember that we don’t know the content of the letter. He could very well have written criticism (constructive or not), or maybe both criticism and agreement…. We don’t know.
It doesn’t matter if when he was younger he retweeted X or Y that was interpreted as misogynist, because, at the end of the day, he deleted it, so it’s clear his vision changed about the retweet, for example.
So, this is what we have, and considering this we can’t claim he’s one.
Trust, I, as a woman, especially on a male-dominant field, would despise it, so, if I was to ever write him about it, I first would make sure he is indeed one, and then, I’d try to teach him. To show him what it is, and the consequences.
Because that’s how people are able to learn, through teaching.
I have friends in here who know me as the person behind this account. They know how I can’t stand misogyny, know how political I am, and how I always give a platform for any and every important cause on the account that was supposed to be focused on me.
He’s clearly open to dialogue and open to discussion. Just look at his account on here, as you guys often say he “talked to the void”, so you think he wouldn’t like to talk to actual people instead? Have real connections?
And finally, if you guys stop supporting him for X or Y, without any concrete prove he’s X or Y (at the moment or ever), then you’ll not handle trial. I’m being honest, guys. I’m not trying to hurt anyone, I’m just being realistic. We have to face things.
Trials are not easy, and the prosecution will do anything and everything in their power to make him look as worse as possible.
