Latest episode of the @sickpodnfldraft is live with me and @gamscout breaking down the linebacker position. We spent time looking through the last several draft classes to see why players busted. Also, where did the time go? That wasn’t over an hour. youtu.be/sCSB9fzws6Y

Today, I release my preseason NFL Draft tight end rankings. Hard to knock Brock Bowers off at #1, even if he’s a little bit smaller, but his skill set is elite. Briningstool has all of the potential in the world. Really like him. Isaac Rex could sneak back up with a strong year, too, don’t forget about him.

RB: Deshaun Fenwick, Oregon State A transfer from South Carolina, Fenwick is a north/south runner who is a capable receiver out of the backfield. He popped last year at Oregon State, taking over the Oregon game specifically averaging 4.9 yards per carry and scoring 7 TD’s. At 6’1” and 226 lbs, Fenwick is a bigger body who can find himself in a solid role in the NFL.

QB: Jalon Daniels, Kansas With the importance of the quarterback position, it’s very difficult to find a prospect that the NFL Draft media isn’t talking about. QB is the most over saturated position that is covered every year. With Daniels, I think that he can play himself up into an early day three spot, which is much higher than most people currently have him projected. An athletic prospect much to the mold of Dorian Thompson-Robinson, Daniels reminds me of Tyler Huntley, who has found a role in the league over the last several years. Daniels absolutely has a skill set that could stick around the league for a decade.

Today, I am releasing my 2nd annual (2024 edition) NFL Draft All-Underrated Team ahead of the 2023 college football season. I have picked players from across the country, mostly from underrated and smaller schools, as players who aren’t being discussed right now in the NFL Draft media circles but can absolutely make a statement for the 2024 season. Let’s get into the new team.

My 2024 NFL Draft preseason EDGE rankings. I’ve seen a ton of promising EDGE rushers this off-season. This also includes only players who project better playing down as opposed to standing up.

Next in my 2024 Preseason NFL Draft Rankings: Z Receivers. It’s a huge list of talented receivers and so many of these prospects are so close together, it’s not even funny. Very excited to see how these prospects perform in 2023.

August 26th, at 3:30 PM ET on ESPN, you can watch North Alabama open their season at Mercer. There are three wide receivers to take note of in this game. 5 Takairee Kenebrew, UNA - 6016/185 1 Devron Harper, Mercer - 5081/165 13 Ty James, Mercer - 6011/200 Takairee Kenebrew has mostly served as a deep threat for the Lions, averaging 20.9 yards per catch over his career and scoring 16 touchdowns the last two seasons. He’s also a capable blocker on the perimeter and was able to help spring runs. Devron Harper is a transfer into Mercer from Gardner-Webb and projects as a slot receiver. Reportedly, he was running a 4.5 forty yard dash in high school and has a lot of speed. Ty James, a transfer from Georgia, was listed by @JimNagy_SB as a small school spotlight prospect. James could become a serious NFL prospect due to his size and RAC ability.
