It's weak to come at people on their jobs thinking they can't afford to leave the job so they will take the disrespect. @Dragon1Pip @solblvnco @Chrissy__Dee Airbnb is not long term rental property, just like hotels and motels aren't. Owner exchanges long term, steady, guaranteed income of a long term rental when the lease short term. If you want cheaper nightly rent then seek out a long term rental.

The Airbnb industry murdered itself unprovoked. Because the model is still very useful but owners were trying to milk unreasonable profits from something that was supposed to be inexpensive by design.

@GencarelliLaw @solblvnco @Chrissy__Dee The problem is People are taking traditional LONG TERM RENTAL properties and converting them all to SHORT TERM RENTALS. This has contributed to a crises in the affordable housing industry and this is why cities are starting to limit the # of Airbnbs.
