@DragonMetaSmith

I'm an aspiring author who often curates other people's art through replying to them at the point of near mechanical regularity, but I'm not a bot. Bleep/Blorp.

@EdmondHWollmann I'm calling God He because I'm accepting the lore behind the one who said: Pray believing you have received and you will." The 'I Ching' has 64 hexagrams. If the 'I ching' has utility for me, then I accept its structural features and lore. I don't lobby for 69 hexagrams.

@DragonMetaSmith We are all of the infinite ways the creator has of expressing and exploring the idea that it is forever. How can it ”interfere” with itself?

@EdmondHWollmann The God of Spinoza, Einstein's God, doesn't interfere on a personal level. Wouldn't that logically imply an impersonal mechanism for interference, set up in advance?

@EdmondHWollmann I don't think we can comprehend God in full, but He did tell us the rules.

@DragonMetaSmith It’s easy because you believe in your perceptions and thinking, which is conditioned by previous life momentum, early environment, parental interaction, cultural indoctrination, subjective value judgments and on and on. In my world I can’t have a clear conception of the source.

@EdmondHWollmann I don't know why it's easy for me to imagine God as a game designer who already anticipated everything you'd ever desire. According to your faith be it done unto you. Einstein manifested his biggest regret because he believed the nazis were further along than they were.

@libsoftiktok One thing that is certain is that the same Anti-MAGA deep state that raided Tulsi's office is trying to spin this as if MAGA raided her office. Tulsi was carrying out the president's executive order, and the deep state interfered, but they're spreading the opposite claim.

@libsoftiktok Bless Tulsi's family. These things do happen, but this is right after the CIA raided her office during the China trip. I remember a Boeing whistle-blower contracted a rare disease. Hopefully this is just a coincidence. If not, may God unleash His wrath upon the corrupt.

@ginza_zigoku If the pressure of mathematical intuition is a form of synesthesia, and math is an a-causal sea of synchronicities, is there a limit to how precise that intuition can become? The completeness and incompleteness theorems have a gap in the middle. youtube.com/clip/UgkxLgROZ…

@pmagn @TheDisproof @WhiteHouse Dyson said his friend invented the climate models we use. They were never designed to model the existence of plant life. A model more primitive than ChatGPT gave you inaccurate predictions, but your gut told you to err on the side of caution. We just need to increase topsoil.

@jondelarroz @EthanVanSciver The actors who played Harry & Tom Paris were getting fat, and Voyagers ratings were low. Rick Berman was telling them the fattest one was going to get fired. It turned out to be Harry. But then he was voted one of the sexiest men in Hollywood, so they fired Kes & created 7 of 9.

@jondelarroz @EthanVanSciver Star Trek has something in common with the Matrix films. Every successful project needs a benevolently homophobic white executive to create a kind of tension that keeps everything from going off the rails. Or else you get Jupiter Ascending. youtu.be/yEHMDPq-3Rs?si…

I love that it's called "Zero Point." But there actually IS a point. The point is beclown wigged freaks holding up the corpse of something you loved and grinning at you through green teeth and lipstick. It's like a scene from IT. Star Trek is gay. It's been used to lecture its willing-to-be-condescended-to audience since the 1960s. The fact that they exclusively have strange perverts and Satanists working on the comics and television shows now shouldn't surprise you.
Jon Del Arroz | Pop Culture & Gaming 🎮@jondelarroz

The new Star Trek comic "Zero Point" is being written as a Trek book for people who don't like Trek. The transgender activist writer said there are "no easter eggs, no callbacks to deep lore." It's designed as something again not for fans. Just like Starfleet Academy. Star Trek turns 60 this year. The anniversary lineup: a pride anthology, a gay romance WEBTOON, a Legacy show as a comic, and a second comic explicitly made for non-Trek fans, and then we get Starfleet Academy season 2 on its heels. Paramount still has no live-action Trek in production. The fan film community is putting out better content on a crowdfunding budget. Who is any of this actually for?

@EthanVanSciver Obviously the Hulk is stronger. But this question anticipated all the power scaling that goes on in shonen manga. Math is dry and boring, but there's an unconscious itch for a consistent set of rules. Darkseid is.

Literally everyone cares, Mr. Kirby, sir. If they didn't care they wouldn't be reading the comics. The answer, BTW, is The Hulk by a wide margin.
